As the sole Partner Solutions Manager for Meta's EMEA Commerce team, I gained unparalleled experience in e-commerce strategy and platform integration. I worked directly with a portfolio of top-tier brands including Ray-Ban, Oakley, Zara, H&M, Rip Curl, and Billabong. My role focused on helping these businesses maximise their presence across Meta's commerce platforms by:

  • Onboarding and optimising product catalogues within Meta Commerce Manager.
  • Enhancing organic performance on Instagram Shopping and Facebook Shops.
  • Spearheading the launch and testing of new ad products, including Shops Ads.

As Meta's go-to subject-matter-expert for commerce, I provided critical support, helping brands troubleshoot issues and implement best practices to maintain a competitive edge.

Google

As an Advertising Solutions Architect on the EMEA Shopping Ads team, I was on the front lines of Google's e-commerce advertising efforts. I collaborated directly with Comparison Shopping Services (CSS) to develop and test cutting-edge solutions designed to optimise campaign performance.

My work focused on creating open-source solutions to improve efficiency and results, including:

  • Custom dashboards that provided deeper performance data than standard analytics tools.
  • Generative AI tools for conducting large-scale A/B tests on catalogue titles and descriptions.
  • Solutions for easily reviewing and improving catalogue quality, which directly boosts Shopping Ads performance.

Amazon

At Amazon, I was an Advertising Solutions Manager within the company's elite creative team, the Brand Innovation Lab. I was responsible for delivering complex, cross-platform advertising campaigns for global brands in the entertainment and hospitality sectors.

My expertise lay in orchestrating campaigns that reached customers across the entire Amazon Canvas, including: Amazon Fresh, Amazon Lockers, Brand Stores, Amazon Music, IMDb, Alexa, Ring and Fire TV.
